Today is officially Earth Day. Wikipedia says it is a day designed to inspire awareness and appreciation for the Earth's environment. I like that, and I’m about to head outdoors to appreciate Mother Earth’s gifts right now. Even as I write this blog, the sun, the ocean and the sky are conspiring to create amazingly beautiful pastels . . . a bald eagle swoops down into the cove outside my window . . . people on the beach are greeting the dawn with yoga, Tai-Chi, jogging and walking . . . wow!
